Damals f\u00fchrte er Forschungsarbeiten zur Verfl\u00fcssigung von Gas durch. Um Gas bei niedriger Temperatur zu verfl\u00fcssigen, musste er zun\u00e4chst einen Beh\u00e4lter entwerfen, der das Gas von der Au\u00dfentemperatur isolieren konnte. Also bat er Berg, einen Glastechniker, einen doppelschichtigen Glasbeh\u00e4lter f\u00fcr ihn zu blasen. Die Innenw\u00e4nde der beiden Schichten wurden mit Quecksilber beschichtet, und dann wurde die Luft zwischen den beiden Schichten abgepumpt, um ein Vakuum zu bilden. Die Vakuumflasche kann die Temperatur der darin enthaltenen Fl\u00fcssigkeit f\u00fcr einen bestimmten Zeitraum konstant halten, egal ob kalt oder hei\u00df.<\/p>\n<p>Da die Thermosflasche haupts\u00e4chlich zur Warmwasserisolierung in der Familie verwendet wird, wird sie auch W\u00e4rmflasche genannt. Der Aufbau der Thermosflasche ist nicht kompliziert. In der Mitte befindet sich ein doppelschichtiges Glasgef\u00e4\u00df. Das Vakuum zwischen den beiden Schichten wird in einen Vakuumzustand gesaugt und mit Silber oder Aluminium beschichtet. Der Vakuumzustand kann W\u00e4rmekonvektion vermeiden. Das Glas selbst ist ein schlechter W\u00e4rmeleiter. Das versilberte Glas kann die von der Innenseite des Beh\u00e4lters abgestrahlte W\u00e4rme zur\u00fcckreflektieren. Umgekehrt kann die Flasche, wenn kalte Fl\u00fcssigkeiten in der Flasche aufbewahrt werden, verhindern, dass W\u00e4rme von au\u00dfen in die Flasche eindringt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/09\/201902251034487737323.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p>Der Korken einer Thermosflasche besteht normalerweise aus Kork oder Kunststoff, und keines der Materialien leitet W\u00e4rme gut. Die Schale der Thermosflasche besteht aus Bambusstrick, Kunststoff, Eisen, Aluminium, Edelstahl und anderen Materialien. An der Flaschen\u00f6ffnung befindet sich eine Gummidichtung und am Boden der Flasche ein schalenf\u00f6rmiges Gummikissen. Diese dienen alle dazu, die Glasgallenblase zu fixieren, um eine Kollision mit der Au\u00dfenschale zu verhindern.<\/p>\n<p>Die schlechteste W\u00e4rmespeicher- und K\u00fchlfunktion der Thermosflasche liegt rund um den Flaschenhals. Daher wird der Flaschenhals bei der Herstellung immer so weit wie m\u00f6glich gek\u00fcrzt.
