Tritan, vollst\u00e4ndiger Name: Tritan Copolyester, ist ein Copolyester der neuen Generation, der von der Eastman Company entwickelt wurde. Da die Menschen nach Lebensqualit\u00e4t und Gesundheit streben, steigen auch die Umweltschutzanforderungen an Kunststoffrohstoffe auf dem Markt von Tag zu Tag.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Beispielsweise entsteht BPA (Bisphenol A) durch Hydrolyse von PC.<\/p>\n

J\u00fcngste Studien haben gezeigt, dass die langfristige Aufnahme von Spuren von BPA durch Menschen (einschlie\u00dflich Tiere) wahrscheinlich negative Auswirkungen auf das Fortpflanzungssystem hat und das Geschlechtergleichgewicht zerst\u00f6rt. Daher wurde PC in einigen L\u00e4ndern und Regionen eingeschr\u00e4nkt oder verboten.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Angesichts des Drucks des Umweltschutzes suchen Hersteller nach Materialien, die PC ersetzen k\u00f6nnen. Vor diesem Hintergrund hat Eastman eine neue Generation des Copolyesters Tritan entwickelt.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Sicherheit von Tritan<\/p>\n

Tritan hat die FDA-Zertifizierung (Food Contact Notification (FCN) Nr. 729) der US-amerikanischen Food and Drug Administration zur Spezifizierung von Materialien f\u00fcr S\u00e4uglings- und Kinderprodukte in Europa und den USA erhalten.<\/p>\n

Gem\u00e4\u00df der am 19. April 2017 in Kraft getretenen nationalen Norm GB-4806.6-2016 der Volksrepublik China wurde es als Kunststoffharz f\u00fcr den Kontakt mit Lebensmitteln zugelassen. Sein chemischer Name ist Dimethylterephthalat und 1,4-Cyclohexandimethylalkohol, 2,2,4,4-Tetramethyl-1,3-Cyclobutandiol-Polymer, modifiziertes PCT unter chinesischem Namen, CAS-Nr. 261716-94-3, zugelassen f\u00fcr den Einsatz in Umgebungen mit Temperaturen von nicht mehr als 100 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n

Kein BPA<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Tritan enth\u00e4lt im Polymerisationsprozess keine BPA-Komponente. BPA wird w\u00e4hrend der Verwendung nicht freigesetzt, was den Anforderungen des Umweltschutzes und der FDA entspricht.<\/p>\n
