C&#039;est ainsi que na\u00eet la bouteille Joal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 150%;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; line-height: 150%; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">L&#039;inventeur de notre bouteille isotherme moderne s&#039;appelle Sir James Dewar, un scientifique du Royaume-Uni qui \u00e9tudie principalement les liquides \u00e0 tr\u00e8s basse temp\u00e9rature.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 150%;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; line-height: 150%; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">En 1892, Dewar est invit\u00e9 au British Institute of Science pour suivre le cours \u00ab Gaz liqu\u00e9fi\u00e9s \u00bb. Afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer l\u2019enseignement, avant de partir, il demande \u00e0 un verrier nomm\u00e9 Berger de lui fabriquer un r\u00e9cipient en verre \u00e0 double paroi, et d\u2019enduire les deux parois de mercure pour r\u00e9duire consid\u00e9rablement le transfert de chaleur. Il \u00e9vacue ensuite \u00e0 nouveau l\u2019air entre les deux couches, et la fiole \u00e0 vide appara\u00eet. Cette bouteille sans air est la plus ancienne fiole \u00e0 vide au monde. Cette fiole \u00e0 vide est appel\u00e9e \u00ab fiole Dewar \u00bb. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 150%;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; line-height: 150%; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Aujourd&#039;hui, les premiers produits sous vide de Dewar sont toujours conserv\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#039;Institut de Londres au Royaume-Uni. \u00c0 cette \u00e9poque, Dewar n&#039;accordait pas beaucoup d&#039;attention \u00e0 l&#039;invention de la bouteille \u00e0 vide, mais attachait une grande importance \u00e0 la th\u00e9orie de l&#039;extraction de l&#039;air et d\u00e9posa un brevet pour cette th\u00e9orie. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 150%;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; line-height: 150%; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">En 1902, l&#039;Allemand Berger a vu le vaste march\u00e9 potentiel des bouteilles isothermes et a donc commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 les vendre. Deux ans plus tard, il a obtenu le brevet de la bouteille isotherme sous son propre nom. Il a constat\u00e9 que le rev\u00eatement en verre de la bouteille se cassait facilement, il a donc fabriqu\u00e9 une coque en nickel pour prot\u00e9ger le rev\u00eatement de la bouteille. Au d\u00e9but, les bouteilles isothermes \u00e9taient principalement utilis\u00e9es dans les laboratoires, les h\u00f4pitaux et les exp\u00e9ditions, puis sont progressivement entr\u00e9es dans la vie quotidienne.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 150%;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px; line-height: 150%; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">En 1904, Burg, un ouvrier qui soufflait de la verrerie \u00e0 Berlin, a fait des recherches et a ajout\u00e9 une enveloppe thermique \u00e0 la bouteille Giuar, de sorte qu&#039;il existe sur le march\u00e9 des r\u00e9cipients pouvant contenir du caf\u00e9 chaud ou du th\u00e9 noir.
