PP-kunststoffen (polypropyleen) is een andere uitstekende harssoort die is ontwikkeld na nylon. Kan de PP waterfles kokend water bevatten?<\/p>\n

Deskundigen raden aan om water te drinken uit isolerende roestvrijstalen bekers, glazen of keramische bekers, omdat dit beter is voor de gezondheid van het drinkwater. Ze zijn echter sterk gevoelig voor kokend water of het zetten van thee in een plastic waterfles, omdat BPA vrijkomt bij temperaturen boven de 100 graden Celsius.<\/p>\n

Deskundigen wezen er echter ook op dat als de waterfles van PP-plastic is gemaakt, deze niet giftig is, omdat de verwerkingstemperatuur van PP-plastic 180 - 240 graden Celsius is, waardoor kokend water het niet zal afbreken.<\/p>\n
