Dit materiaal is zelf niet giftig, vooral niet voor het maken van babyflessen, space cups en dergelijke. Het is controversieel omdat het BPA bevat. In theorie betekent dit dat zolang 100% van BPA wordt omgezet in een plastic structuur tijdens het maken van PC, er geen BPA in het product zit en het geen bedreiging vormt voor de gezondheid. Als een kleine hoeveelheid BPA echter niet wordt omgezet in een PC plastic structuur, kan het vrijkomen in voedsel of dranken, wat een bedreiging vormt voor de gezondheid en veiligheid van gebruikers, met name adolescenten.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Om de juiste plastic waterfles te kiezen, moet u eerst verstand hebben van PC en PP.<\/p>\n<p>PP is de afkorting van polypropyleen. Het heeft een goede hittebestendigheid. De producten kunnen worden gesteriliseerd bij temperaturen boven de 100 zonder externe kracht en vervorming bij 150 \u2103. Het is een van de meest voorkomende kunststoffen die in magnetrons worden gebruikt. Nauwkeurig onderzoek zal echter uitwijzen dat PC-producten vaak duurder zijn dan PP-producten op de markt. Bij vergelijking van de twee materialen blijkt dat de slijtvastheid van PP slechter is dan die van PC. Daarom wordt PC over het algemeen gebruikt als materiaal bij het maken van transparante bekers en zijn PC-producten mooier dan PP-producten. In de moderne industrie kan worden gezegd dat BPA alomtegenwoordig is, van flessen mineraalwater, medische apparaten tot de binnenkant van voedselverpakkingen, er is zijn schaduw. Elk jaar worden er wereldwijd bijna 27 miljoen ton bisfenol A-bevattende kunststoffen geproduceerd. Hoewel het van groot industrieel gebruik is, is de schade voor de mens niet gering. Volgens onderzoek kan BPA leiden tot endocriene aandoeningen en kan het zelfs kanker en obesitas veroorzaken die worden veroorzaakt door stofwisselingsstoornissen. De Europese Unie is van mening dat flessen met BPA vroegtijdige puberteit kunnen veroorzaken en verbiedt de productie van babyflessen met BPA vanaf 2 maart 2011.
