In het leven zijn plastic waterflessen overal te zien. Van de originele monotone plastic waterfles tot de moderne plastic waterfles met veranderlijke vorm en printbare persoonlijkheid, het is een combinatie van technologie en kunst.<\/p>\n<p>In feite is het productieproces van het maken van plastic waterflessen ordelijk, maar voor leken lijkt het een beetje ingewikkeld. Het algemene proces van het maken van plastic bekers is als volgt: grondstof <span style=\"font-family:\u5b8b\u4f53\">\u2192<\/span> drogen <span style=\"font-family:\u5b8b\u4f53\">\u2192<\/span> extrusie en plastificering <span style=\"font-family:\u5b8b\u4f53\">\u2192<\/span> blaasvormen <span style=\"font-family:\u5b8b\u4f53\">\u2192<\/span> koeling en afronding <span style=\"font-family:\u5b8b\u4f53\">\u2192<\/span> ontvormen <span style=\"font-family:\u5b8b\u4f53\">\u2192<\/span> hoge temperatuurbehandeling <span style=\"font-family:\u5b8b\u4f53\">\u2192<\/span> koeling <span style=\"font-family:\u5b8b\u4f53\">\u2192<\/span> bekerlichaam eindproduct.<\/p>\n<p>Vanwege de verschillende grondstoffen, verwerkingsvereisten, output en blaasvormmethoden, zal de kwaliteit van het eindproduct worden be\u00efnvloed. Bovendien heeft plastic een hoge plasticiteit. Zolang we volledig gebruikmaken van moderne technologie, kunnen we plastic waterflessen produceren met verschillende kleuren en vormen, die in ons leven verschijnen.<\/p>\n<p>Vervolgens wordt de geproduceerde plastic waterfles bedrukt met het logo of patroon dat eerder is ontworpen en uiteindelijk verpakt. Tegenwoordig zijn er naast zeefdruk ook warmteoverdrachtsdruk, laserdruk en andere manieren om de plastic waterfles diverser te maken.<\/p>\n<p>Het is te zien dat het productieproces van plastic waterflessen niet moeilijk te zeggen is, maar ook professionele technologie vereist.
