Tritan, een van de materialen in kinderwaterflessen, kent u dat?<\/h2>\n

Tritan, volledige naam: Tritan Copolyester, Het is een nieuwe generatie copolyester ontwikkeld door Eastman Company. Vanwege het streven van mensen naar kwaliteit van leven en gezondheid, nemen de eisen voor milieubescherming van plastic grondstoffen op de markt ook met de dag toe.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

BPA (bisfenol-A) ontstaat bijvoorbeeld door hydrolyse van PC.<\/p>\n

Recente studies hebben aangetoond dat langdurige inname van sporen BPA door mensen (inclusief dieren) waarschijnlijk nadelige effecten heeft op het voortplantingssysteem en de genderbalans verstoort. Daarom is PC in sommige landen en regio's beperkt of verboden.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Onder druk van milieubescherming zoeken fabrikanten naar materialen om PC te vervangen. Tegen deze achtergrond ontwikkelde Eastman een nieuwe generatie copolyester Tritan.<\/p>\n

Beveiliging van Tritan<\/p>\n

Tritan heeft de FDA-certificering (Food Contact Notification (FCN) nr. 729) van de Amerikaanse Food and Drug Administration behaald om materialen voor baby- en kinderproducten in Europa en de Verenigde Staten te specificeren.<\/p>\n

Volgens de nationale norm GB-4806.6-2016 van de Volksrepubliek China, die op 19 april 2017 werd ge\u00efmplementeerd, werd het goedgekeurd als een kunststofhars voor contact met levensmiddelen. De chemische naam is dimethyltereftalaat en 1,4-cyclohexaandimethylalcohol, 2,2,4,4-tetramethyl-1,3-cyclobutaandiolpolymeer, gemodificeerde PCT onder de Chinese naam, CAS-nr. 261716-94-3, goedgekeurd voor gebruik in omgevingen die niet warmer zijn dan 100C.<\/p>\n

Geen BPA<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Tritan heeft geen BPA-component in het polymerisatieproces. BPA komt niet vrij tijdens gebruik, wat voldoet aan de eisen van milieubescherming en FDA.<\/p>\n

Duidelijk en transparant<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Lichttransmissie > 90%, mist < 1%, met kristalglans.<\/p>\n

Uitstekende chemische bestendigheid en hydrolysebestendigheid.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Tritan kan corrosie van detergenten, detergenten, koolwaterstofoplosmiddelen, oli\u00ebn en parfums weerstaan. Het kan hydrolyse in vochtige en warme omgevingen weerstaan.<\/p>\n
