Wat gebeurt er als je het een uur lang zo vasthoudt? De professor vroeg het opnieuw. &quot;De armen zullen een beetje zuur worden.&quot; Het publiek antwoordde. &quot;Dat is waar. Wat als ik het de hele dag zo vasthoud? &quot;Die arm zal zeker gevoelloos worden, misschien zal de spier verkrampen en zal er onvermijdelijk een reis naar het ziekenhuis zijn.&quot; Een andere luisteraar sprak stoutmoedig. &quot;Heel goed. Zal het gewicht van de beker gedurende enige tijd veranderen terwijl ik hem vasthoud? &quot;Nee.&quot; &quot;Waarom doet de arm die de beker vasthoudt dan pijn? Waarom verkrampen spieren? De professor pauzeerde en vroeg: &quot;Ik wil niet dat mijn armen pijn doen en mijn spieren verkrampen, dus wat moet ik doen?&quot; &quot;Het is heel eenvoudig. Je moet de beker neerzetten.&quot; Het publiek antwoordde. &quot;Dat is waar.&quot; De professor zei: &quot;Soms is de pijn in het leven net als de beker in mijn hand. Het maakt niet uit of we onszelf een paar minuten in pijn begraven. Als we er lang over nadenken, kan het je hart aantasten. Na verloop van jaren kan je geest op het punt staan in te storten, en dan kun je niets meer doen.<\/p>\n<p>Er is een gezegde dat het leven niets anders is dan leven en dood. Veel mensen weten dit, maar ze kunnen het nog steeds niet. En de reden waarom we zo makkelijk gevangen zitten in \u00e9\u00e9n persoon, \u00e9\u00e9n ding of een ander, kan zijn omdat we een beetje wijsheid in het leven missen.<\/p>\n<p>Ieders leven, er zijn veel onbevredigende. Grote aspecten zoals het niet vinden van de juiste baan, het niet kopen van het juiste huis, het niet praten over het doel, kleine aspecten zoals door een kleine fout van de leiding drie uur lang uitgescholden worden, moeilijk wachten op de bus, maar hoe kan je er niet tussen proppen...
